IT- Coordinated 8 nonprofit outreach events end-to-end, managing venue procurement, vendor relations, logistics, and on-site technical support for up to 100 attendees.
- Administered Microsoft 365 infrastructure for 15 users, including SharePoint Online, Entra ID identity management, onboarding/offboarding, licensing, permissions, MFA, and end-user troubleshooting.
- Refurbished 68 donated computers by sourcing surplus parts to repair desktops and laptops, extending device lifecycles and deploying systems to families with limited tech access.
- Trained and mentored 8 volunteers from diverse backgrounds in computer fundamentals, hardware repair, and software use.
- Configured and troubleshot AV systems (Crestron, Biamp, Extron, MediaView/PrimeView) for 6 events and hybrid Zoom/Teams sessions, ensuring low-latency experiences for onsite and remote participants.
